Forum: CFEngine Help Subject: Re: what does "timeout=-678, owner=-1, group=-1" mean when running a command? Author: atsaloli Link to topic: https://cfengine.com/forum/read.php?3,21089,23043#msg-23043
I've read "man 2 chown" and understand -1 means the owner and group will be unchanged, thank you. The -678 for the timeout is still a mystery. I see the following in cf3.defs.h /*************************************************************************/ /* Fundamental (meta) types */ /*************************************************************************/ #define CF_NODOUBLE -123.45 #define CF_NOINT -678L Is that related?? What does it mean, please? Thanks, Aleksey _______________________________________________ Help-cfengine mailing list Help-cfengine@cfengine.org https://cfengine.org/mailman/listinfo/help-cfengine
