The commercial edition, Nova, does this automatically without the need of the three classes. The central hub server collects promise reports from each client. You can search and display compliance reports for any and all promises. And no, it is not specifically listed as to why a promise was not kept. Sometimes you find it in the run logs (outputs). Sometimes you have to dig a bit deeper.
