I upgraded to cfengine-community 3.3.3 on one of my test machines to find that the binaries are no-longer installed in /usr/local/sbin. Instead, they are installed in /var/cfengine/bin. In the previous versions of cfengine-community, this was installed in /usr/local/sbin so that cfengine can "heal" itself.
