I see a likely typo in your original post.
classes => if_rapired("restart_machine");
you probably want if_repaired, and its generally a good idea to make sure that
classes raised with the classes promise body attribute are specific (since they
are global). In this case I doubt you will have any issues since your
restarting the machine.
