Yes, you can run the bootstrap again for the purpose of this test. If you are using Nova/Enterprise check the manual as there might be an additional step involving some file clean ups before restrapping. cf-execd and cf-monitord are not involved in boot strapping. There is no need to run them in verbose mode.
