IIRC iteration over foreign lists inside arrays does not work at this time. Try
building a local list from the reference.
bundle edit_line insert_array_lines(v)
{
vars:
'keys' slist => { "@{${v}}" };
insert_lines:
"$(keys)",
comment => "Inserting key for value [$(keys)]";
}
