The error just came up again on the "repository server". cfagent runs
just fine, "cfrun hostname" dies again with the above error message.

No, cf_learning.db does *not* exist on my system. And: Why does this
suddenly happen with 2.1.13, while it didn't happen with 2.1.10?
crypto.c didn't change that much between those releases.
