I'm glad I'm not the only one confused here. I'd be happy to fill out
the survey, but none of the messages I've seen have contained the URL.
I thought Marks message below implied the URL should be included; on
rereading I guess we're expected to refer back to the original HTML
message?

Please don't take this the wrong way Mark, but I'm sure the HTML-only
email is a big problem. Could they not have resent it as text when the
error was realised? Users of cfengine are probably a self-selecting
group who are extremely likely to trash HTML-only messages. I couldn't
read it readily, and if I can't read a message, I delete it.
