isn't set for those IP ranges, and you probably have cfexecd running from both cron and cfexecd daemonized?

ra cfservd[458]: Denying repeated connection from 217.w.x.y
On the client:
isis: Challenge response from server
somehost.somedomain.loc/84.x.y.z was incorrect!
