I don't use 'addpm'; I just start emacs by running 'runemacs.exe', and it sets up those environment variables correctly. So I suggest you delete the Windows registry entries relating to emacs. Also check in the Windows environment for those variables, and in any shell startup scripts; delete them all. -- -- Stephe
