Sorry, my bad. The manifest must be added as a resource, I think.
That's what the build process does. Take a look at nt/emacs.rc.
In any case, if you copy nt/emacs.manifest and patch nt/emacs.rc, you
should be able to build 22.1 and get the newer look.
