Although the inner emacs's pinyin is good , i just can input the Chinese
character one by one  , i mean
it can't input the phrase with two or more Chinese character in it. But
google pinyin ( also some other input
like SCIM , fcitx can do it well ) can input the phrase . So .....

Isn't Emacs's Pinyin similar enough to Google Pinyin?

As Jason explained, this is not a bug, but a missing feature.
etc/PROBLEMS says that Windows input methods are not supported yet.
