It isn't clear from the page you linked to whether "Emacs from CVS"
means it relies on new features slated for Emacs 23, or just a bugfix
that is in the Emacs 22 branch. If the latter will suffice, then there
is a pretest at

It doesn't have the EmacsW32 patches though if you rely on features they
provide.
