[h-e-w] interprogram-paste-function/interprogram-cut-function

Hi --

   Using what seem to be the defaults of
       interprogram-cut-function=x-select-text  
       interprogram-paste-function=x-get-selection-value

   And running with cua-mode on, I periodically run into a problem 
where I can't paste from a windows selections.

   I can sometimes 'free things up" by ^G, but I wondered if anyone 
else had seen this.
