I just upgraded to the most recent W32 emacs (patched) and have two problems:
1. ALT-TAB no longer works. It will bring up the task list (the icon panel) and allow me to key or mouse to the task I wish, but will not switch tasks. 2. Emacs complains that the desktop file is owned by some random PID. (Random in that it switches after every reboot) Advice on how to fix these would be appreciated.
