[h-e-w] What's wrong with "Only Sources for EmacsW32"?

On page http://www.ourcomments.org/Emacs/EmacsW32.html, when I click the
link under "Only Sources for EmacsW32", all I find on the page that
takes me to (http://www.ourcomments.org/cgi-bin/emacsw32-dl-latest.pl)
are the 24MB downloads including emacs itself.  I don't find any link to
any "1MB" download!
 
I've already installed emacs 22.3, and all I really want at the moment
is w32-print,
so where is a link for just the emacsW32 files?
