 I forgot to tell my operating system. It is Windows XP.

I take the information below from "Error Report" which Windows asked to send Microsoft. Unfortunately, it does not allow any selection for copy paste on "Error Report Content" window, so I can not send the whole report.

I can run 22.2 and 22.3 just fine from Windows XP Pro.
