Can you please give more details? There is a bug here that I have tried to correct (it will be fixed in the next release), but I am not sure if you have hit the same bug in the EmacsW32 libraries.
Since you say that it is not in the unpatched version it seems like it might be something else. There was also a bug in Emacs itself which I believe is fixed in the patched version I have uploaded.
