Hi, EmacsW32 maintainers! When I type M-x shell I can see wrong cmd encoding.
So, I need to write (prefer-coding-system 'cp1251-dos) to my .emacs file and encoding works fine in Unpatched (emacs-from-cvs-090503) emacs. But in Patched (Emacs-23-CvsP090529-EmacsW32-1.58) emacs encoding is broken in dos shell. -- Konstantin <kosta...@rambler.ru>
