[h-e-w] MSYS Shell in EmacsW32

I used the Options menu to set w32shell_msys_bin. It correctly found and set 
C:\\msys\\1.0\\bin. When I try to launch the MSYS shell from Tools menu
I receive: Wrong type argument: listp, "C:\\msys\\1.0\\bin"

Any ideas?
