Hi! Are you testig emacs with ECB and Cedet? (cedet-1.0pre6, ecb-2.40) There is some bugs and strange behaviour take place after I update from Emacs-23-CvsP090630-EmacsW32-1.58 (actually version 090630 - works well).
E.g. it is not navigate to to the "require" file in the methods window on press RET, do not rebuild method window on enter .el file, some others... This strange behaviour present in the last version of 20091015 patched, and 20091015 unpatched. It seems, it is not patch's fault.
