Hello -I am completely new to EmacsW32 but have installed Emacs-23-CvsP090226-EmacsW32-1.58.exe.
When it starts a window opens "Emacs Client". I see "Waiting for Emacs server to start......
........ (etc)** ERROR ** connect 1: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
** ERROR ** Timeout waiting for server" What is going on? Which target machine? I am running Windows 7 Home Premium. Regards _John Sampson_
