Jason, I agree there used to be a dump.bat in the emacs barebin distribution. It's still in
http://mirrors.igsobe.com/gnu/emacs/windows/emacs-22.3-barebin-i386.zip though the temacs executable is missing. I can't find either the dump.bat or temacs.exe in any of the more recent distributions. I still need to compile emacs from source, unless someone already has the temacs files?
