Hello! There is a link at http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/windows/Introduction.html#Introduction to ftp.delorie.com which has "djpp" in the middle that does not work. It seems that it should be "djgpp", i.e. ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/current/v2gnu/ instead of ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djpp/current/v2gnu/
