Hi there
I fixed the executable set problem with all the files (hopefully);
as for the missing files, the files are actually in the tests directory
and they will be correctly installed in the examples directory. Thus
they will be placed in the right place upon installation.
ls ~/usr/local/share/doc/gengetopt/examples/
cmdline1.c main1.cc sample2.ggo test_manual_help_cmd.h
cmdline1.h main2.c test_manual_help.c
cmdline2.c README.example test_manual_help_cmd.c
cmdline2.h sample1.ggo test_manual_help_cmd.ggo
