i realize that may not be the good place to ask my question but maybe
some of you will be able to point me to better places.
So having no experience with cbir or multimedia processing myself, i
would like to know if there are any open source libs that could perform
"basic" cbir on full pictures.
My goal is to add a cbir feature to a php gallery (coppermine gallery)
and/or produce a php port of such a lib to php so it can be used in
other projects..
I don't think that kind of projects would ever require advanced features
as the ones gift has and it could basically be restricted to full
picture and not areas of the pictures, when indexing or searching for
matches..
