I've tryed your solution but, when I try to change server with my ip address and gift port, I see:
Could not connect to GIFT server at 14.10.37.190:12789. Server is probably down.but... I'm in a private network... It's normal that not working. Can You give me this software for the client? You should be able to test that you're GIFT server is running properly by going to http://viper.csse.monash.edu.au/~davids/cgi-bin/PerlMRMLClient/PerlMRMLClient.pl and typing in your machine under "Server Host" and the port that GIFT is running on under "Port" and then clicking on "Change Server".
