Hi all,

I'm doing some research on Content Based Image Retrieval, and I'm currently
testing GIFT. It took me quite a long time to install and make it run, but now
It works! (thanks to the content of this list ;-) )

I'm now searching for documentation and/or publications related to GIFT to know
precisely how it works. I've been able to find some references in this list and
using google. Here they are (if case of anybody is looking for the same thing)
with their link :

· Henning Muller, David Mcg Squire, Wolfgang Muller, Efficient access
methods for content-based image retrieval with inverted files,
http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/download?doi=10.1.1.36.9138&rep=rep1&type=pdf

· Henning Müller, Antoine Geissbühler, How to Visually Retrieve Images
from the St.Andrews Collection Using GIFT,
http://www.dim.hcuge.ch/medgift/publications/imageCLEF2004.pdf

· Henning Müller, Wolfgang Müller, Stéphane Marchand-Maillet, David
McG. Squire and Thierry Pun, Automated benchmaring in content based image
retrieval ,International Conference on Multimedia and Exposition, ICME 2001,
Tokyo, Japan, 2001
http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~davids/publications/postscript/2001/MuellerHMuellerWMarchandPunSquire_icme2001.pdf

Does anyone know other ones?
Thanks in advance,

Regards,
Alexis Verbèke.
