Hi,

I have no access to the code of the MRML.net pages and the GIFT pages at GNU.

We had a related student project for mobile retrieval on an iPhone and we also used a web service wrapper around GIFT and Lucene for this.
More information is here:
http://publications.hevs.ch/index.php/publications/show/962

Maybe I can send you some of this could as well.

Cheers, Henning

Hi,

I had not realized that almost all the links on the GIFT and MRML
pages are dead. \

That is really not good. Does the content still exist somewhere? I am
willing to host if it does.

A copy of a very old Java interface can be found at
http://www-i6.informatik.rwth-aachen.de/~keysers/MedicalImageRetrieval/Charmer-0.2b.tgz

We have taken some of the classes to build a newer client but it might
require some work.

I had a student work on an Android client for an honours project last
year. The idea was to expose a SOAP web service to 'replace' MRML, but
there was still a Java MRML client in the internals. I'll see if he
might make the code public.

Cheers,

David

Hello,

I'm developing an Android client app for Gift but I'm having trouble
finding documentation on MRML is there any place you guys recommend
besides the site http://www.mrml.net/?

Also I saw that there are some clients written in java but could not
find any sources and most of the client links are dead, does someone
have something written in java?

Thank you

Pedro
