this is to announce the release of version 1.1.0 of the STAN application.
Stan is an open-source decision supporting application for the urban planning
domain, mostly developed in java language.
Stan uses GLPK as a MIP engine by mean of a custom glpk-jni library. The stan's
glpk-jni library is open source as well. Its actual version is 1.0.0.
You may download sources and executables of stan-1.1.0 and glpk-jni-1.0.0 from:
