On the same subject,
I experimented, some time ago, a similar approach with C#.

However, I only used C# langage features and did not rewrite a compiler as you 
seemed to have done.
The only drawback i found out, is that users of DSL for LP/MIP usually don't 
want to program, and having to deal with C# or java frighten them!?!
