is showing a procedure of "Compiling and using GLPK under Microsoft Visual C++
6.0 IDE". It looks like that this web page is old. Is there any update to this
web page ?
In other words I need to know how to " Compile and use GLPK 4.38 under
Microsoft Visual studio 2005 and Visual C++ 2008 Express" , step by step.
