Hi, I am using GAMS with glpk under WINDOWS. I did not find an explicit manual for glpk under GAMS, I would like to know more options like warm start and self-defined heurstics. Does anybody know about this or can anybody send me a reference manual(I don't use unix..)? Thanks a lot!
