Here is a list of depreciated GLPK APIs from version
4.18 (25-Jun-2007) to 4.41 (21-Dec-2009). Unless
noted, the "lpx_" prefix can normally be substituted by
"glp_". But in most cases, the function prototype and
return macros will have also changed.
