I guess you are on Windows?  Unfortunately I can't help
much as I run Linux and use R for MATLAB-style coding.

If you discover anything useful, can you report back to
this list (or email me directly if you prefer).

In theory, support for GLPKMEX is thru that project
(and not here).  But this question arises quite often
and it seems that the MATLAB crowd might like put some
effort into sorting it out?  I suspect the GLPK calls might
need to be updated too.
