This output is from the phase ii of the dual simplex (which is solving a node subproblem), where the time limit is *not* checked. If this output repeats for a long time, most probably the dual simplex is unable to finish because the node subproblem is highly dual degenerate. Narendra, if you wish, please run 'glpsol -m ... -d ... --wglp file.glp --check', gzip 'file.glp', and post it to me (not to the list). Thanks.
