Hi, OK. I figured out this MIP problem.
The binary variable (i.e. 0 / 1) is: S(?)P(?) e.g. S1P1, S1P2 .......S87SP3 The float variable (aka LP variable) is: H(?) eg. H1, H2, H3 Formulated and solved the problem in MathProg and even extended the Period to 8 (P8).
