Hello Heinrich,

I guess that there is no way I can create this file with notepad. Because I
don't what vcvars64.bat should contain. If I knew the contents of the file,
I could create the file using notepad and then put it in C:\Program Files
(x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\VC\bin\amd64\vcvars64.bat.
