Please send a step by step procedure to install GNU GLPK in my notebook, running Windows 7 64 bit and to route Windows to DLL's. -The GLPK zip has been downloaded from SourceForgeNet and unzipped to the file C:\Program Files\GLPK; -DLL's has been copied to C:\Windows\Sys WOW64.
