Hello, I am completely new to programming and I am trying to download GLPK to my computer via the link http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/glpk/ However, I am not sure how to accomplish this. When I click on the link it opens an Index with a ton of files. Which file(s) am I supposed to open/and or save to my computer? How do I gain access to GLPK?
