Details:
This patch makes sure add-audit-trail/audit-trail-format are
only acted upon when the on-change query-expression succeeds.
Also, it allows all add-audit-trail/audit-trail-format
(of different on-change blocks) to work. Previously
add-audit-trail would only work once, on the first on-change block that had
one.
