Thank you for your help. I played a little with the encodings and solved my
problem. I turned TexShop to Latin1-Encoding, my tex-files to
\usepackage[latin1]{inputenc} .
And now it works.
Previously I used the MacOS Roman encoding for my files and
[applemac]{inputenc}.
