It looks like you are using LilyPond 1.1.37, and try to compile a .ly
file written for version 1.2.0.
Now, you can do one of several things:
1) Upgrade your Lilypond, or
2) Get praeludium-fuga-E.ly that works with 1.1.37, or
3) Change \version "1.2.0"; in praeludium-fuga-E.ly to
\version "1.0.15";, and hope it works. I doubt it....
