Two newbie questions!

Hello,

I'm using lilypond for a couple of days
after a trouble installation. I have
two qs.:

1. How do I produce A4 landscape scores?
I only can get "portrait".

2. repeat "volta" and "unfolded" are
respectively for printed and midi formats.
Is there a way to automaticaly have these
two formats simultaneously in a way that
specifying a parameter or something could
choose "volta" or "unfolded" without
the need of source change?
