Ah, but how can I put a time signature in if the
Time_signature_engraver is missing?
The easiest way is actually to put all bar lines in by hand, at
present, if you want irregular meter with a time signature.
Same goes for polymetric pieces (there's one piece I'm working on with
a time signature of 6/4 4/4 --- bars of 6/4 alternate with bars of
4/4)
