Multimeasure rests fail in 1.3.46

I have some orchestral parts that typset fine with Jeff Reed's 1.2 windows
build. I have just upgraded to 1.3.46 to use some of the new features, and
the multimeasure rests no longer combine together. Is there somethin else I
need to do to get it to work?
