I'm having problems compiling on windows vista. I'm trying to follow the
instructions from:

When I try it, I get:

make: Nothing to be done for `Make2.mingw32'.

For MinGW, when I unpacked the files I get errors about overwritting
existing files. When I installed msys it didn't show up in my path so
sent the full path to make
Any suggestions?
