Hello,

I would like to do
https://docs.gnunet.org/latest/developers/tutorial.html#starting-peers-using-the-testbed-service
in command line instead of api. I only found
https://mail.gnu.org/archive/html/help-gnunet/2020-02/msg00016.html as a
documentation online. No idea how to make a template.conf.

Could we create a documentation about this please?
