Yeps, within libcurl we have a generic SSL/TLS layer which is in sslgen.[ch]
and only from there it picks specific OpenSSL (ssluse.[ch]) or GnuTLS
(gtls.[ch]) functions. It isn't 100% covering, but the concept works pretty
good.
