when I install a new g++-version (as root under Linux) I end up with some
include-files without read-permission for other users, e.g.,
/usr/local/lib/gcc/i686-pc-linux-gnu/4.1.0/include/bits/huge_val.h
Is this a problem in the installation procedure, or is my umask (066) the
culprit?
